Reference and other public services staff can provide valuable assistance during any hours the library is open. Any user of the library can simply visit a Reference Librarian in person at Reference Desk or making a phone call to 0 2942 8616 Ext 122. Reference help can include: · Giving help in using and interpreting the Library Catalog · Locating materials held in other campus libraries · Finding inaccurate or incomplete references · Tracking down obscure book or journal titles · Identifying full journal titles from abbreviations · Providing advice on searching particular databases · Finding information on the World Wide Web · Finding full-text electronic journals · Providing advice on the proper citation formats for publication · Providing copies of articles If you have questions concerning aspects of utilizing the library or finding information, please don't hesitate to ask at any time! |
