กะหล่ำปลีผักมหัศจรรย์ช่วยสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันให้แข็งแรง ป้องกันโรคโควิด

                   กะหล่ำปลี (Cabbage) เป็นผักที่หารับประทานง่าย รับประทานได้ทั้งแบบสุกและดิบ สามารถเลือกเมนูได้หลากหลายมีให้เลือกรับประทานได้ทุกช่วงวัย และด้วยคุณค่าทางโภชนาที่สูงอุดมด้วยวิตามิน แร่ธาตุต่างๆ นานาชนิด สารสำคัญที่ช่วยต้านโรคมะเร็ง และสรรพคุณอื่นๆที่เป็นประโยชน์ที่สำคัญคณานับ ช่วยสร้างภูมิคุ้มกันให้แข็งแรง จากการระบาดโรคโควิด-19 อีกครั้ง นอกจากการ์ดจะไม่ตกแล้ว วิธีใดที่สามารถช่วยเสริมสร้างร่างกายให้แข็งแรงก็ควรเลือกปฏิบัติตามความสามารถ และทุนกำลังที่เท่าที่มี ยิ่งเข้าสู่ฤดูหนาว โรคตามฤดูกาลไข้ต่างๆ ทั้งไข้หวัดธรรดา ไข้หวัดใหญ่ ภูมิแพ้ตามฤดูกาล อีกทั้งมลภาวะทางอากาศ PM 2.5  เราทุกคนจึงควรต้องหมั่นดูแลสุขภาพตัวเองในเวลาช่วงนี้เป็นพิเศษ ซึ่งผมเชื่อว่าเราจะผ่านวิกฤตในครั้งนี้ไปด้วยกัน

                   ทั้งนี้ผู้รวบรวมจึงได้คัดสรรแหล่งสารสนเทศที่เป็นเนื้อหาเกี่ยวข้องกับ การเพาะปลูกกล่ำปลี ชนิดและพันธุ์ การขยายพันธุ์ การปรับปรุงพันธุ์ สภาพภูมิอากาศ เป็นต้น โดยได้รวบรวมบรรณานุกรมที่สามารถติดตามอ่านเนื้อหาฉบับเต็มทั้งฉบับได้ Free Access จากแหล่งฐานข้อมูล KUKR หรือ คลังความรู้ดิจิทัล ม.เกษตรศาสตร์ รวมถึง e-Journals ที่สำนักหอสมุด มก. ได้จัดซื้อไว้ให้สนับสนุนการเรียนการสอน และการวิจัย จากฐานข้อมูล Scopus (Citation Databases) เตรียมไว้ให้นิสิต อาจารย์ นักวิจัย บุคลากร มก. โดยผู้สนใจสามารถดาวน์โหลดเปเปอร์ได้ ผ่านช่องทาง EZproxy เพียงแค่ยืนยันตัวตนด้วยรหัสนนทรีที่ทุกท่านมี
