As a student from the Kasetsart University, I can use all the facilities with ease. The air-conditioning is always cold, so you are recommended to bring a sweater or something if you can’t withstand such things. I really love the newly expanded part of the study and meeting area from the 1st floor. It’s really modernized. Plus, you can borrow laptops, tablets, headphones, and extension cords using your KUID card. But I don’t know that it is also available for the outsiders.
During exam periods, it’s always crowded though the atmosphere is quiet. Some reserves study spaces, seats and tables by leaving their belongings and only shows up after a long time or not even studying which is a bit disappointing.
BTW, you are not allowed to take foods and beverages inside the library. Soft drinks or bottles sealed with caps are permitted.
