I want to file a complaint regarding the opening hours of the KU Library. I am currently a first year student in the international program. What I find unfair is that, during the midterm, I wasn’t able to utilize the campus’ library fully since they weren’t open til late or 24 hours like they do for students in the normal program. I think this is unfair because every student should receive the same right and access to the library especially during stressful exam season. It is unfair how students in the normal program is able to use the library until late or even 24 hours while us international students couldn’t. This is important because for some students we would like to use the library until late at night, and not just until 8:00pm. Please try to consider this problem. Thank you.
