I would like to borrow a book from the main library of KU during the summer break. However, the student card is expired semester by semester , and I cannot borrow untill the payment for the upcoming semester.

The renewal of library membership is linked to the student’s registration status. The system will renew the library membership once the student has completed the registration payment for the upcoming semester.
Therefore, if your library membership has expired during the semester break and you are still waiting to complete the registration payment, you may not be able to borrow books until your registration status is fully updated.
However, if you already have proof of completed registration, you may bring the document to the Circulation Counter at the Main Library. The staff will check your status and assist you with borrowing books.
